You’ve tried to "eat healthy," cut sugars and exercise but you still feel sluggish and frustrated that your numbers aren't moving

Why eating too many or too few carbs is stalling your progress, and how to find the "just right" amount that stabilizes your blood sugar and keeps you full.
The simple (but overlooked) way you’re currently eating that causes energy crashes, and the 1-step fix to enjoy the foods you love without the spike.

Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, but more importantly, I’m a woman who understands exactly how overwhelming it feels when your health goals collide with a busy life.
After working 16 years in Primary Care and Diabetes Programs in the Niagara Region, I saw a frustrating pattern: women were being told to "eat better," but were left lost in a sea of confusing internet advice and restrictive diets that just didn't work in the real world.
That’s why I founded Eat Well for Life. I wanted to bridge that gap by providing practical, evidence-based support for women navigating the "mid-life shift" who are trying to balance blood sugars, reduce insulin resistance, and reclaim energy during their perimenopause and menopause years.
I don’t believe in "quick fixes." I believe in realistic, sustainable steps that fit into your schedule, so you can lower your A1c without giving up the joy of food.
When I’m not helping clients transform their dietary & lifestyle habits, I’m usually enjoying life with my husband, and our 3 children.
