About your program coach:

I’m Christina, a Registered Dietitian & a Certified Diabetes Educator passionate about helping people take charge of their nutrition and lifestyle when they are newly diagnosed with elevated blood sugars, pre-diabetes or diabetes

After 15+ years working in Primary Care and Diabetes Education Programs in the Niagara Region, I recognized a critical gap: many people with pre-diabetes struggle to find ongoing, practical support to make lasting changes.

That’s why in 2022 I launched Eat Well for Life: Registered Dietitian Services, a virtual practice dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based nutrition counselling and group programs focused on blood sugar balance and diabetes prevention. I believe in guiding clients through realistic, sustainable steps that fit into their busy lives—not quick fixes or confusing internet advice.

Each bi-weekly 1:1 Lightening Check-In is dedicated for you to ask questions and get direct support on your progress from Christina, a Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator. You can also submit questions ahead of time if you can’t attend live. Christina is also available via email for weekly email or video email support. This program is designed to ensure you feel supported and are never left wondering what to do next.

What if I've never used an online program before?

No problem at all! The program is simple and beginner-friendly. If you can check your email and join a Zoom call, you’ll be all set. Each week, your new lesson will drop and you will have access to recordings and your weekly workbook. And you will have the opportunity to book a Lightening Check-in every other week. And if you ever get stuck, I’m here to help—tech should never be a barrier to taking care of your health.
